What Stands Out to Me at Pinterest?
Beth: I think a lot at Pinterest right now, and this is something that I've been so fortunate to bring forward. She was our first creator inclusion lead. That was a global role where we really focused on inclusion and diversity for creators. So they always, or I always try to understand how people advocate in their personal life,. How they show up and advocate for underrepresented communities and groups. Those things are really what stick out for me.
