The Bottom Is in in Oil and Energy

Jim Cevallos: I think the question today may be, do we hit the bottom when it comes to oil? Have we finally found the bottom of it? He says he thinks that $70 level is that bottom. But at the same time, as we talk about the stocks, and everybody wants to talk about how this year has been terrible for the energy stocks,. It's a true statement; but if you've got to expand your viewpoint and look at the one year and the two year returns for this sector, they've been phenomenal. So I think this very well could be one of the best performing sectors in the second half of the year.
