LZ Granderson: I think the consistency for anyone who becomes successful in this space is there is a intrinsic or deep desire to help other people. LZ: People say that all the time, like, well, what would you really be doing if money wasn't an issue? The same thing. Even if I was not getting paid, I would start a nonprofit about communication and write books about it. He says he had been a successful person in MLM and built his audience over the course of four or five years during that time. "I'd already put in a lot of that work for sure," she adds.
