Jenny: I've been reflecting on a lot of new offers given the disruption of previous offers what advice can you offer as a way to announce a new offering without seeming insensitive to the current state of things. Doria: Business does need to go on we do need at some point to start selling again but how do you do it in a way that doesn't feel opportunistic or crass? Jenny: Until I do more deep listening with my big corporate clients I'm not prepared to try to completely go hard on the selling front yet so I'm giving it a month at least until the end of April.
