M matt Arnold is a guy we interviewed with the marlin's i spent about three hours with him he is a very very smart good executive who's taken over for david stirns. Why would david stirns step down? He always knew there be a secession plan and this was it and it was the appropriate time to pass the torch. If you're stepping down to take another job then take the other job don't say you're going to be an advisor because you thought this was the right time to passed the torch. There's no reason to stop working when you're seventy what do you need at age 90? You can be as smart as you want but spend more time
