E. NARA is very much in a developing country, says Ogunlesi. It's one of the main pushes behind it to get to the quote un-banked population. And they're even allowing you to be able to use the E. NARA via mobile phone. They're doing those kinds of technical innovations. But actually, confusingly, the central bank is against that kind of crypto, the crypto that we all think about.
