The Magic of Formats Unpacked
The format is very very simple I write formats unpacked and anyone who's got a format that they would like to unpack couldn't write the formats unpacked. The only thing I asked them to do is stick to the format keep it to five to eight hundred words and just try to really focus on the you can talk about a few things that you think are magic but try to focus on one big one. Next Hugh is going to dissect some of the additions and some of the examples that he really loved starting with something called desert island discs. He'll get to why more people in the business world aren't latching on to this format.
