How Do You Structure Your Fees?
We didn't use bankers. It was such a non standard deal. We had good lawyers and tax help. That was super important as well. I don't know that anyone else could have done this specific deal. But if we'd done a more normal deal ing, bankers could have been really helpful in the process. How do your counsel structure their fees? You care? Shapmet on that, yes. So frustratinglya someone who's in the legal t space, or fees were unfortunately just boring, hourly.
