Doctor soshana unger lighter has spent the last ten years thinking about how we can transform the end of life into a more human centred experience. In american culture, we have talking about death until it's already upon us and this is true for medical professionals as well as patients. Most doctors actually aren't trained in have these kinds of conversations. We're so focused on quantity we lose sight of the quality of that life.
