What Happened to the Monmouth Rebellion?

After the Monmouth rebellion was put down lord chief justice George Jeffries oversaw a series of aggressive treason trials in which he needed out punishments including drawing and quartering. In the course of about two months they executed 320 people and transported a further 800 tube arbatos who at this time was effectively enslavement right because there was no clear legal boundary yet between slaves imported from Africa and condemned prisoners from Europe. James's government revoked the charters of several colonies in North America including all four of the new England colonies and New York.
