The Duma and the Cadets - Hands Up

Radical right wing delegates were connected to the u r p, which was a proto fascius party. They set out to sow as much dissent and distrust in order to break the duma or prove that they needed to be outright abolished. The czar himself was clearly waiting for any excuse to dissolve the duma. It was all the cadets could do to avoid taking a final vote on the land question because it would surely prove that the doma and the government could not work together.
