The Aorx Machine - I'm a Veteran Exercise Enthusiast

i have trained hard for well over 22 years, so i have a good foundation of muscle to begin with. But this machine has challenged me in ways that i never would have thought. I eat 270 to 300 grams of protein a day, am and iand i havetrained hard for wellover 22 years,. So right now what i'm doing as i'm training on the airx machine for an abbreviated session, and then i'm going to the jim  to hit 16 to 20 rep ranges with weight. And do a hundred reps of chest presses, a hundred Reps of flies, just to get the blood in the muscle and pump it up.
