In order for this to work, you need applications to build on top of your protocol. And right now we're in this big sprint to get other providers up and online so that XMTP Labs, the company, is not one that has running all the resources. This is kind of the ultimate in centralization: when have a third party that's running all the servers. We don't want that to be the case but there are certain challenges that come with building this particular network.
