The Importance of Honor in Leadership

Xenophon was nominated to lead the army. He says he's not sure if he should do it. The Greeks generally took this as a sign of fitness for leadership, being highly motivated by honor. You want your leaders to be more motivated by honor than by money. Xenophon decides to sacrifice to the gods for their advice.
