There's a very nice different feel and culture associated with kind of the different cities within the county. So I would say we've seen more of that at the county level than at the city level. And it's usually my advice is, you know, find one champion who's willing to dip their toe in the water and do a pilot. Find something that you can work on and then build on that before you're asking for a big investment.
