We played many gigs with the doors, of course. So that's basically when that whole music scene in hollywood started. And then we moved to the whisky. You know, we still stayed at the betolis, we played at the whiskey. I think we played there with a the velvet underground. And i think we played once with the birds, i believe. This was really fun. All these houses in laurel canyon, you could rent a house there for 60 dollars a month. Everybody wanted to kind of do a little bit better than the other guy. We all lived on the same street, and thats something that probably will never happen in life again.
