React 18 - Server Side Rendering

Next JS has released an entirely new architecture based on server side rendering utilizing the new React 18 features. This means that when you create a new component, it will be completely rendered on the server unless you explicitly tell next JS to create a client side component instead. Next JS is currently only technically in beta. They say they might still change some of the API but I believe the new techniques that they talk about and some of the new ideas are really the future of React.
