How to Avoid Anchoring Biases

We tend to make decisions through our reflex brain using these biases. The anchoring bias is one of those things in my opinion, where it just didn't really click for me,. But I totally see it and I just wanted to bring it up so that other people could kind of be aware of the process. And when you understand the process and the game that people are trying to play, then you can more accurately discern whether it's worth the value they're asking you to pay.
