What's the Peak End Rule?
Self-experimentation is the idea of taking a particular activity or an intervention and putting that in play in your own life. It's just sort of capturing more granular data and then using that in a reflective, more deliberate manner to figure out whether you should integrate something more. David Walliams: I've been thinking a lot about how I can combine different dimensions of sort of different areas of my life and find activities that really sit at the intersection of those areas. And so one example of that where it's worked is around kind of physical health, mental health, and social health.
