Grief and Good Friday: A Unified Day of Fasting and Prayer

A few weeks ago, when Easter rolled around and we were into just about halfway into the time that we're at now, Linda Kimball posted an essay online that she had written for Good Friday. The essay was titled, Grief and Good Friday, a unified day of fasting and prayer. And I just wanted to quote a little paragraph from this essay because it caught my attention and got me thinking about doing a podcast on this topic. Still, for all those who have lost jobs, or who have pre-pandemic medical conditions that continue, or who suffer in isolated conditions, "we mourn and grieve with you"
