i used to think i was healing because i was broken, that i'd stae in an emotionally abusive relationship for so long. The body keeps the score, honestly, like ody keeps the score as a really hardy ot. I feel like a lot of our listeners were probably nodding along, and might need a moment to just give themselves a little self compassion. When you know better, you do better. So now you know a little bit better, so you can practise doing better.
