Is There a Sanction on Russia?

For india, the overal trade is around ten million dollars. Sanction means that after march 20, sixth, many banks in russia will not be able to deal with us. So we can probably continue in the trade, but we'll have to insure that the payments take place. But it's not an easy thing because we don't really have a ready reference rate.
