How to Tactics Better Empower Young People
How do we tactically better empower young people and create environments for them to be more agentic and experiment and dabble more. What's the what's the missing infrastructure or is it a cultural element? I definitely don't have all the answers but I do think that project based learning is like a really special thing. The earlier you can get kids making their own projects and passion projects and then abandoning them and then fighting other ones, the faster you're helping them get the reps in to prove to themselves of what they can do.
