I had to learn how to be a little bit more vulnerable in front of the the company. i didn't want just go up t erand like, put a litany of list of complaints, or just crying, you know, sobbing from the company without at least coming back and saying, let's create a plan. Like have a solution, but it can come from everybody on the team. And by the way, katy and herd up, i her story with the just dip
