The Process of Completion in the Human Brain

The process by which a completed surface representation so to speak is decided upon as being sufficient predates the human brain. The posterior parietal cortex v4 sends its representation of PPC and then excitatory signals form what I call a surface-round resonance that lights up the completed surface representation. When they're both active and synchronized that's when you consciously know about something that you unconsciously see.
