The mindfulness of the body just brings us back into the body instead of that toppling forward or leaning forward. The more we practice in that way, what I found is that mindfulness of the walking and the movement really over time becomes the default setting. And so now whenever I'm walking anyplace, it just feels so natural to feel the movement and to feel the touch.
