Investing in Alpha Strategies - What's Next?
Last year we decided to return all capital to investors in our more scalable funds and focus on these core alpha strategies. And that's given the firm a real clarity of focus and we've seen renewed energy and vigor and creativity really across all of our business areas. We're now our capital, our flagship fund is almost entirely inside capital partners and employees which is fantastic because it gives us this permanent capital anchor. It allows us the stability to invest into more speculative research and also just think more strategically and long term.
