There are still some nomadic populations today in Iran and you start the book in the Zagros Mountains in Iran watching the annual migration of a tribe there. Of course there's on a governmental level I mean I've seen this all over the Middle East which is where I've spent a lot of my my adult life and that people who move around and who have no fixed the boat are very difficult to control. So governments also like to tax people and so they hold out these twin carrots for the young and the old and that is if you want to educate your child and if you're living in the 21st century you generally do then you're going to have to put your child into school
