I think what drives great follow-up like that is it has to come from a place of belief. I would never have signed my name on the dotted line if I didn't feel that. And so through my interview process, I want to make sure that that's something I believe in. Once I do and once I lock in, that's what it's all about is really just coaching on the things that I believe in this organization.
