The Great American Dream

I hope you enjoyed this stab at that great American dream and to everyone, a happy Juneteenth. I've always felt and frankly acknowledged that banking policy isn't easy. It's a sector of the economy that is fraught with inherent instabilities and fragilities. The question all of our regulators have to figure out is how to address those fragilities in ways that promote the economy and speak to the best of our collective and shared values. Conversations like these, part technocratic, part policy are how we as a country can get there.
