Kudos: The Year in English

The word kudos. Why the heck are we naming this after a candy bar? I used to love kudos. What would a kudos bar, by the way? Do they still make those? I don't even think I've seen, I think they might have gone off the market. 2017 is the year in which kudos disappeared from the market.
