How to Intubate a Patient

Using both of your hands during laryngoscopy as a standard makes intubation so, so much easier. The first thing that you're going to be looking for when you've got past the tongue is the epiglottis. Once we've got a view of the larynx, we can then try and manipulate again with bimanual laryngoscope. And I think the majority of people will then be using a bougie, certainly with the evidence that it showed about good first-pass success rates.
