Is There a Causation of Intent?
We don't have to think of causes as a producing oura our behaviour. A lot of causal factors are causally relevant to what happend, simply by raising the probability of some events occurring. And that can happen without they're those prior events triggering in the sense of being a producing cause of the behavior. The suggestion would be that if i have a capacity to cause states of intention in myself, that's a capacity that is influenced by all sorts of things.
