He doesn't really have a lot to go on as far as telling you, kind of proscriptively, what to do once you don't kill yourself. There's a point at which he says something about between the certainty i have of my existence and the content i try to that will never be filled. And dealing with this is actually, in a kind of weird way, complete rejection of the idea that there is anything other or outside yourself to which you can appeal. Ultimately, you're left to your own devices.
