The Impact of Dependencies on Build Time

The existence of those dependencies has a direct impact on the build times. So you start to ask like, okay, how can those modules depend on each other? And that's where sort of, I think we say fail initially as we weren't specific enough about that. But also we're like, well, my UI module can probably depend on some other UI modules, like they exist at the same layer. We had these long chains of modules that depended on each other,. That wasn't great for build times for performance, orsort of the ability for engineers to reason about the project.
