Cplus Plus Interop - Is There a Working Group?

The goal of cplus plus interop is not to make programming in cplus plus easier. As far as i know, move only types just havein't been figured out. I think if copying af thing in swift becomes order n, you know, with the implicit copy instruction, i think that could be kind of bad for the programmi modelo.
