We need a flatter organization because over time, what happens is more and more people get inserted into the organization. You still need to be excellence, commands, respect, and it should too. Young people are hungry for feedback so I think the most important meeting you have with young people every year is their performance review. When someone does something good or in my opinion they shouldn't do, I take an email to myself and then at the end of the year pull up those emails and send them back.
