Is There Something Wrong With Our Lives?
A recent consumer confidence survey showed that 87% of democrats think the economy is good, while only 37 % of republicans did. This was the largest gulf in terms of perception of the economic trajectory between parties that you had ever seen. We can sometimes see it literally in the statistics. There is something wrong with a life that is overly mediated by our phones and other technologies.
