What's a New Technique?

A group of photographers went out on assignment to photograph a town. They pretended they were from somewhere else, visiting the town and telling it's story. The photos are then developed into street photographs by each photographer. For some of em, it was about the it was the architecture. But most of them, it wasabout the people and how the people were in that situation.
