I wonder if anyone inside the d o j or prosecutors ever allude to what they might need to do more quickly or efficiently or fairly. Are they resourced enough? They've identified some of the challenges that they've faced, mostly in terms of coming up with a system for collecting the huge mountain of evidence and finding a way to make it available to all the defendants in a way that's fair and respects privacy.
