The clinic coalition brought these two sides together by telling a story about the economy than what the republicans are telling. This is a much more hopeful story about theeconomy than the kind of vengeful story that republicans were telling. And it worked.

Paris Marx is joined by Dan Greene to discuss how the Clinton administration reframed poverty through the lens of the internet and how that transformed the missions of key institutions like libraries and schools.
