What Are the Core Teaching Tips for Academic Authors?
Most of the books that we've worked on have either been books that you've written or books in the West Virginia University Press Series. They all tend to be free of disciplinary jargon and they tend to have a lot of use of narrative where they're bringing in examples with actual faculty members from a variety of disciplines. I always try to emphasize to academic authors, there should be something that the reader can take away that's concrete.
