The US Is in a Precarious Situation
Here in the United States, it feels like we're in a bit of a lull period between the banking crisis and what many seem to think may be a continuation of that crisis. The real estate market here in the US, obviously we have higher rates. And it seems like in terms of being able to sell an existing home, that's becoming very hard to do. So they're in a tough spot. It's a very precarious situation we find ourselves in globally.
