Are There Pedictions That Come Out of This Theory?
I think it depends on what the challenge is faced by thegroup, presumably what the dynamics are of the different types of people and how they interact all the rest o that. So so the're pedictions that come from this theory of things like, it's a really hard problem, maybeyou're better off having somebody who likes to work an stimulator mode - just thrawing out ideas. But sometimes you need be not sensible with the first phase to come up with wild ideas. And i'm sure you've seen we all have. You probably have a disproportionately high amount of experience in observing this sort of thing in your capacity of being dean at harvard.
