For me, it's probably my youtube channel. I put a tremendous amount of really high quality content on there. And if something went bad or good, i'm putting out a video about it. My whole thing is trying to educate investors as much as possible. The better everybody gets at this buying and selling gain and multi family, it makes my job easier. If i can help them, they'll want to help me. It's interacting with my rank a customers, adding value in their lives and their business so that we do more deals together.
