Howard Kurtz: We need to look at this in a holistic way and think about we're using automation to help a lot of people with a lot of different things. He says that by just simply doing readmission rates by 20%, we could save the healthcare system another $15 billion annually. Kurtz: If we don't invest in that now, we will see some awful results from it. That's a depressing new ending power. And you want that human element to the caregiving experience.
