The Origins of Natural Theology

Both vemili and zanki were trained in the ways of scholasticism in italy. Once they converted to calvinism, the inquisition made it impossible for them to stay there. So they both made their way to the safe haven of strasburg,. where they taught together in the 15 fifties. Zanki would later teach in heidelberg, where he produced his main writings, like kecaman. These two calvinists believed that philosophy and faith could have a close and productive working relationship. Vamile further agrees with him that the resulting combined body of theological knowledge has the structure of aristotelian science.
