In Romans 1526, Paul talks about the fact that he has gone through Greece and Turkey. He's received contributions for the poor that are in Jerusalem. And so he knows that he has a mission that he needs to fulfill first. His vision is what's next and he's putting his eyes westward. But before he goes to Spain, he says, I will come to you for I trust to see you in my journey"
