When did you stop making the products yourself? I built out a team initially that was myself, our creative director and ur journal manager or so. For us, i want to build a complete portfolio of products. So guys could have stuff that smells the same from head to toe. It was always one of my little pet peas when i was la bit younger, it was that i'd be using different products on my hair, his beard, their all smelled differently. And they all smelled like a college frat party most days, which no one wants.
