Subtracting Incomprehensive Tasks
It was reminding me of a recent service that I've been redesigning. We started thinking about what are things we could take away from the frontline task list and actually sort of outsourced to different places or different ways of getting done. It's such a great example of subtracting in complex systems but also invisible systems. There are all these kind of invisible things, invisible structures, invisible tasks that occur throughout our days if we pay attention.
